The Potential
The Garden City Community Centre has expanded our current facility to include an indoor arena featuring two ice sheets and fitness centre, known as the Seven Oaks Arena which is apart of the Seven Oaks Sportsplex. This expansion has allowed our facility to become a true multiplex, adding on to our highly successful indoor soccerplex.
Seven Oaks Sportsplex opened its doors in March of 2015. This facility is open year-round for ice usage. The project was estimated at $17 Million and included funding partnership with the City of Winnipeg and Province of Manitoba. The Garden City Community Centre is responsible for a mortgage of almost $7.5 Million.
The Seven Oaks Arena has set the standard for new recreational facilities in the City of Winnipeg. The expansion of Garden City Community Centre has provided residents of Seven Oaks, as well as the City of Winnipeg, with a state of the art complex, which has served as a gathering place for the community. A year-round arena, soccerplex and community centre will maximize your advertising dollar.
Seven Oaks Arena, located at Garden City Community Centre includes:
- Over 100,000 square foot Twin pad Arena
- Over 200,000 visitors per year
- Two NHL size ice surfaces with 350 seats each
- Full service concession
- Pro shop
- High-Performance Fitness Facility

The facility is typically used for:
- Youth hockey
- Public skating
- Figure skating
- Ringette
- Tournaments
- Adult hockey leagues
- Community Programming
The facility also offers multi-purpose and meeting rooms that can be rented to businesses and community groups.
Naming Opportunities
Naming opportunities are available for the two separate ice sheets, dressing rooms and community rooms. Other naming opportunities may be available.

In addition to our sponsorships, several advertising opportunities, at various contract lengths and price points will be available.
Donations
Private and Corporate donations are also being accepted. Tax Receipts will be issued by the City of Winnipeg at the end of the tax year.

Naming rights for the two separate arenas is available. This is the marquee sponsorship for the new facility. Your business name will be prominently displayed within the arena as well as on the reader board for all patrons to view. It will also be referred to in arena bookings.

Dressing Room Naming Opportunities
Sponsorship Fee: $30,000
- 15 year contract if paid in full
- 12 year contract if paid $6,000 per year for 5 years
- *Other payment terms may be available
A dressing room can be named after your company and can be painted in your company colors if you choose. Any logos you would like to supply will be added to your room & entrance.

Rink Wall Boards (Includes bundle pricing for the Soccerplex) 4’ x 8’ advertisements located in the arenas/Soccerplex across from the spectator areas. Highly visual for participants and spectators. Discounted price to advertise in all 3 venues.
Ice-Resurfacer
Advertisement is available on the ice-resurfacer (Zamboni). High exposure on both rinks.
Full Wrap
- $2,700.00 per year
- Multi-year contracts are available on all advertising products.
- Production costs are the responsibility of the advertiser.
- Price includes installation.
