Hall/Gym Rental

Our Hall consists of a large 300 person, air conditioned, wheelchair accessible venue that offers a spacious commercial kitchen and a large raised stage. We do the setup & take down of the tables & chairs. Renters are responsible for cleaning & wiping down the tables as well as taking the garbage to the bins located outside the facility. Renters are also responsible for their guests’ behavior & any damage done by their guests.

Hall Pricing For Socials/Permitted Evening Events

Price Includes: Two experienced bartenders, Ice and mix, beer and spirits glasses, orange bar mix, coffee (cups, sugar and coffee whitener). Two security guards are also mandatory for Socials and included in the pricing.

Our hall comes set up with tables and chairs ready for your special event.

Hall rental price $2200.00 (+GST)
Rental deposit $200 required at time of booking and is non-refundable.
Refundable damage deposit $250 to be paid a month prior to event. This will be refunded the week after the event.
Capacity is 300 people.

Birthday Party/Showers/Meetings

Book your Birthday Party Today! Our Gym is available for rent for birthday parties and can be booked out for 3hr time slots. Parties also available in our Soccerplex (see Multi-Purpose Room Rentals). Please note that payment in full is required to book any room/facility.

Hall rental pricing is as follows:

3 hours - $300 +GST (Add $50 + GST for every additional hour)

Only 1 hour of set up is allowed free. Bartenders are required for all permitted parties but have limited availability. Table coverings are mandatory and are supplied by the user.

Gym Rental (Sport Use)

Our gym is available for rent for sport use. Renters are responsible for supplying all equipment needed for their sport.

Gym rentals (for sport use) are $55 per hour + GST.
