2019 SPRING SUMMER SPORT REGISTRATION

2019 SPRING/SUMMER SPORT REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

For those that have not registered for a sport with GCCC in the last year, instructions for setting up your new Family Account and Registering for our sports/activities please click here. Everyone must have an account in this system in order to register online. You can set up your account by clicking "Create Account" on the top right corner of your screen after clicking here.

Please note our Refund Policy - NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER ROSTERS HAVE BEEN FINALIZED AND/OR THE SEASON HAS STARTED.

All registration will be online.  You will need an email address in order to set up your account. Your Family Account will be used for each registration period. Payment options include: Visa and Mastercard. If you do not have a credit card, prepaid credit cards can be purchased at most retail grocery stores.

***Those that require subsidy are asked to contact the Office to book an appointment info@gardencitycc.com (204) 940-6111. Please note that a 2018 Notice of Assessment is required for each adult in the household in order to complete your application. You are still required to have a Family Account set up in our system. Simply click Create Account on the top right corner of your screen after clicking here.

Late registrations will be accepted with a $25 late fee and DOES NOT guarantee placement on a team. Every effort to place a player will be taken. If we are not able to place a player, a refund will be issued.

OUTDOOR MINI SOCCER 

The outdoor mini soccer program plays it's games from May until June. Games are played on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is a fun-filled season where the primary objective is to create a safe and fun environment where your child can build their self esteem while learining the basics of soccer. The fair play rule is always followed, creating equal opportunity for all players.

The outdoor mini soccer season starts in May and runs for 8 weeks. The 4/5 year olds will play on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm; the 6 year olds will play on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00pm; the 7 year olds will play on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15pm; and the 8 year olds will play on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:15pm.

OUTDOOR SOCCER - Ages 9-18 (Birth Years 2001 through 2010)

Teams will generally play two (2) matches per week during May & June with playoffs scheduled for September. (No July/August play).

Odd divisions (U9-U11-U13-U15-U17) will generally play on Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Sundays depending on the number of teams in a division, field and referee availability.
Even divisions (U10-U12-U14-U16-U18) will generally play on Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fridays depending on the number of teams in a division, field and referee availability.

AGE 9/10: $190.00 PLUS $15.00 ADMIN & $12.00 CITY OF WINNIPEG FIELD FEE = $217.00
AGE 11/12: $200.00 PLUS $15.00 ADMIN & $12.00 CITY OF WINNIPEG FIELD FEE = $227.00                                                                                                                            AGE 13-18: $227.00 PLUS $15.00 ADMIN & $12.00 CITY OF WINNIPEG FIELD FEE = $254.00

Ages 8-18 (2001 to 2011)
REGISTRATION FEE: $15.00 ADMIN & $12.00 CITY OF WINNIPEG FIELD FEE = $25.00 ***
***Only administration fees and City of Winnipeg Field Fees are collected at the time of registration. Team registration fees will be collected once you are placed on a team, as you may be hosted by a different community centre.

Grand Slam 7-9 yrs (2012, 2011, 2010) $125.00 + $15.00 ADMIN & $12.00 CITY OF WINNIPEG FIELD FEE = $152.00
