HOCKEY

Hockey is a great sport that children can participate in for many years at many different levels of competition. Many people play hockey their entire life. GCCC has the benefit of having two outdoor rinks for our hockey teams to use for both games and practices, as well as for the members of our community to use to learn how to, and to improve their skating. The rink is a great place for our children to get together and exercise. Hockey, like any other sport, cannot be played without the effort of many volunteers. GCCC would like to thank all the members of our great community who have volunteered in the past and those who continue to do so today and in the future. Below is an overview of hockey offered though the GCCC.

All participants in GCCC sports must have thir community centre family membership form to register.

Hockey registration is done centrally through Seven Oaks Minor Hockey and usually takes place starting in August.  Please visit their website at somha.ca for details.
