IMPORTANT NOTICE - NEW PUBLIC HEALTH ORDERS
We ask that all visitors and participants respect our employees while they are enforcing these Orders. We must scan everyone, every time, to ensure adherance and everyone's safety. Abuse of our employees will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the facility.
Effective December 6, 2021 Garden City Community Centre and Seven Oaks Sportsplex will be required to enforce the following addition to the Public Health Orders.
Sporting and recreational activities Order 14 (1) (e) on or after December 6, 2021 persons who are at least 12 years of age but who have not yet reached 18 years of age and who produce
(i) proof that they have received one dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccine for COVID-19, or
(ii) proof of a negative rapid COVID-19 test result within the previous 72 hours that is confirmed by a pharmacist.

Checking ID and Proof of Vaccination
• Proof of a single dose of vaccination will require a printout or web view of the individual’s government-issued immunization record as well as government-issued identification (driver’s license, provincial health card, social insurance number, birth certificate, passport) or a school ID card to verify the student’s identity.
• The parent may show a birth certificate or a health card which includes the DOB.
