Exercise/Active Living Programs
All exercise programming is taught by certified instructors who consistently encourage all fitness/age levels to participate by offering exercise modifications where necessary.
Current programming includes
Yoga, Strength & Stretch, Line Dancing, Open Walking Track, Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball
12:30 – Lottery Old Kildonan Residents. All other areas immediately after.
WHAT'S NEW FOR 2017/18
Due to the increased demand and popularity of our program the following changes will be implemented for 2017/18:
• Fee has been set at $20.00 per person per month (except September which is $15.00). This fee will cover your admission to all dance and exercise classes for the month. The increase in fee will go to cover the costs of the instructors and additional classes.
• A and B passes will still be sold for all sessions with the exception of Line Dancing and Yoga which is open to all pass holders.
• Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball and the Walking Track will remain on a drop in basis and there is no pass or fee required for these activities.
