REFUND POLICY – NO REFUNDS UNLESS SUPPORTED BY MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION OR CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Garden City Community Centre / Seven Oaks Sportsplex is proud to introduce Finnly Connect, our new online booking system. All new and existing customers of GCCC and Seven Oaks Arena will need to create a Finnly Connect account, in order to register in our sports/activities online. This new account will be used for each registration period moving forward. With a household Finnly Connect account, you will be able to register your child for activities, view their weekly activity schedule, and pay all owing balances and fees. Payment options include Visa and Mastercard. Please find instructions on how to create a Finnly Connect account HERE.
** Those who require subsidy are asked to contact the GCCC office. To book an appointment, please email info@gardencitycc.com or call (204) 940-6111 ext 1. Please note that a 2020 Notice of Assessment is required for each adult in the household in order to complete your application. You are still required to have a Finnly Connect account set up. **
Late registrations will be accepted with a $25 late fee and DOES NOT guarantee placement on a team. Every effort to place a player will be taken. If we are not able to place a player, a refund will be issued.
